The For Culver City Foundation is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Volunteer Selection Committee!
This is an unpaid, volunteer position where your primary responsibility will be to vote on the selection of grant recipients, helping us to support the good in our community, one micro-grant at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a minimum of four meetings per year (once per quarter) to review and select the grant recipients.
- Actively engage with local 503(c) organizations and other nonprofits in Culver City, informing them about the For Culver City Foundation, encouraging applications, and promoting our mission.
Requirements:
- A one-year commitment to serve on the Selection Committee.
- Strong connection to the Culver City community and a passion for supporting local causes.
- Willingness to advocate for the Foundation and its initiatives.
Compensation:
- This is a volunteer position; no financial compensation will be provided.
